Revelation 9:6

( referring to the 5th trumpet plague - the flying scorpians from hell )

And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it;

and shall desire to die,

and death shall flee from them.

Revelation 9:18

( in reference to the sixth trumpet plague )

One-third of all the people on earth were killed...

Under the fifth trumpet judgment, men sought death and could not

have it - under the sixth judgment they can hardly avoid it.
