The rider on the white horse is

JESUS.

Revelation 6:2

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a

bow; and a crown (stephanos) was given unto him: and he went forth conquering,

and to conquer.

The first of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Although the majority of the commentators teach that

this conqueror is the antichrist -

Henry Morris, among others ,

believe that HE is JESUS ( Revelation Record pg.112 ).
