Revelation chapter 14- the angel with the message of warning about taking the mark of the beast.

Revelation chapter 14

The fourteenth chapter of Revelation teaches us that

the 144000 are very special to Jesus.

They are with HIM at the end of the tribulation -

they are there to introduce the millennium.

Then three angels give three epochal announcements.

The third angel warns the earth-dwellers

that they will go to hell if they take

the mark or the name or the number of the name of the beast.

Zeke - one of the 144000 tells this truth to an earth-dweller,

as the 3rd angel watches.

The dweller is too far gone to realize the horror of his fate -

he still believes that satan will defeat Jesus at armageddon.

He also thinks he is Marengo the stallion war horse that napoleon rode.

Revelation 14:9,10 and 11

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice,

If any man worship the beast and his image,

and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,

which is poured out

without mixture into the cup of his indignation;

and he shall be tormented

with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels,

and in the presence of the Lamb:

And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:

and they have no rest day nor night,

who worship the beast and his image,

and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
